CONCEROMED — Terms of Service
Effective April 9, 2026
1. Subscription & Billing
Access to Conceromed requires a paid monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are in U.S. dollars. All subscription fees are non-refundable. You will be charged for each billing period your subscription is active, regardless of usage.
2. Cancellation & Access
You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current paid period. After that, your account is deactivated and you lose access to all features and stored data. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before your next billing date.
3. Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from Conceromed by email and, if you provide a phone number, by SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
4. AI-Powered Features & Data
The Service uses the Claude AI platform (Anthropic, PBC) to power coaching features. Your inputs are processed by Anthropic's systems to generate responses. AI-generated coaching is for professional development only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not sell your personal data. Upon cancellation, your data is retained up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
5. Team Workspaces & Shared Intelligence
Workspace administrators are solely responsible for managing team membership and content shared within their workspace. Conceromed LLC is not liable for harm, competitive damage, or confidentiality breaches arising from information shared between users.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, share harmful or illegal content, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to train competing AI products.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Conceromed LLC's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas. You waive the right to participate in class action proceedings.
